Question: I recently had an hscrp level of 80 and 3 days later it was 20, I am fearing cancer

What is the indication for doing hsCRP in your case?

hsCRP is more consistent with Heart disease rather than Cancer.
It can be raised in few cancers.But,it is not specific for any type of Cancer.
In your case,as the Value has come down from 80 to 20.It clearly shows that it is not related to Cancer in your case as you have not taken any treatment for Cancer.
Please consult your doctor and proceed further.
