I Need Honest Medical Advice On Removing This Foreign Body

default
Posted on Wed, 28 Feb 2024
Question: Please check attachments, A hospital left a unknown foreign body, piece of glass or rfid microchip in my thigh during a intramuscular injection.

I might have been injected with a microchip without my permission, I need honest medical advice on removing this foreign body, some doctors says the foreign body is too deep and too small for them to remove and see another surgeon. I've been wasting years of my time to remove this foreign body and I need to remove this this week. What's a good solution?

Is there anyway or any software you can use to make the foreign body stand out more or any skills you may know to make this foreign body show more for the surgeon?

Brief Answer:
It can be a broken needle tip.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
Most probably it can be a broken needle tip. No doctor would implant a micro chop or tracking device without the permission of the patient.
It is too deep in the muscle and moreover very close to the major blood vessels, and it is very tiny too, and these features makes it difficult to remove surgically.
No software can make it pop out, however newer techniques like intra op ultrasound or navigation can help to precisely localise it during the surgery.
If it asymptomatic better to keep untouched
Hope I have answered your question.
Thanks
