Brief Answer:
Your reports are seemingly normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

The reports attached shows that your GFR is more than 90ml/ min. so there is no evidence of CKD on this report.

Apart from GFR, if there are other signs of kidney disease eg. urine routine test showing RBC or protein in the urine, if an Ultrasound is showing smaller altered kidney, then also you could be having kidney disease even with normal GFR.

But why do you suspect of having kidney disease?

Best wishes
