I Just Recently Saw Penis Bumps On The Shaft Of
Question: I just recently saw penis bumps on the shaft of my penis. What could it be? The only thing i can think of is hpv.
I’m engaged. I’m faithful and we wear condoms still. Oral is without condoms.
In the last month:
1. Herpes skin swab of the area test negative For I and II.
2. Blood test for Hsv 2 negative
3. Blood test for syphyillis and hiv negative.
4. Urine test for stds and tric negative.
No pain. Penis always been discolored. When i stretch out i see these bumps. Skin area feels dry as well.

Based on the facts and photographs that you have posted you seem to have multiple small Sebaceous Cysts over shaft of the Penis .
The Penile skin is rich in sebaceous glands and hence prone to get more sebaceous cyst due to accumulation of sebum beneath the skin.Normally they fade away without treatment however they need to be treated if increase in size or get infected.
Maintaining genital hygiene is the key factor to resolve the issue .
Wash your genital area with warm water twice daily .
There is nothing to be worried about it .

Production of Sebum is a continuous process to maintain moisture of the skin and these cysts are formed whenever the opening of the sweat glands get blocked resulting in to formation of these tiny cysts This mainly happens when opening of sweat gland ducts that open on skin surface get blocked due to various reasons .However they fade away spontaneously .
The blow job that you received 6 months back has no relevance to formation of these cysts .
