Brief Answer:
Consult a Doctor asap and have investigations.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history about a stoma and no bladder for 16 years, noticed blood in urine, no other symptoms,
My thoughts:
*Blood in urine should be investigated to know the cause.
*It would be better to see a Doctor so that a clinical evaluation can be done, samples of blood and urine be sent to lab. If there is any findings the treatment can be started in time to avoid possible complications.
*Ultrasound of abdomen, particularly for urinary system can be of help.
*Further investigations like endoscopy of urinary tract, pyelography can be done if advised so.
All these things will help to know the exact cause so that an appropriate management can be done.

Take care.
Please give feedback and ask for any further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
