default
Posted on Fri, 26 Apr 2019
Question: I just had breakfast and started to develop a rash over arms, legs, face and a little on the torso. A burning itching rash!
I’ve eaten this same breakfast many times. Soft boiled eggs, Slimgenics pudding and a gala apple.

Brief Answer:
adult onset allergic reaction

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

As you stated, it sounds like an allergic reaction to one of the foods or ingredients used.

Adults can sometimes develop allergies to foods that they commonly previously used.

This is referred to as adult onset food allergy, it is most common with nuts and shellfish but can occur with any foods and at any age unfortunately

The key would be finding out which food out of those that you used, would have caused this reaction.
This can be done either by allergy testing or using one only on another occasion and monitoring for a reaction

It would be best to use an anti histamine now to treat this reaction and to keep some on you in case you experience a reaction when eating out.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
