Question: I hv bumps on my forearms and face. They bleed or ooze when I wash them. They appear to have small black debris..like pepper. They are scarring me. They . I am diabetic and have been prone to excessive yeast on skin. But this is new.. Started after sweating in cutting hedges. Cleared up for a couple days but back again. Please help.
