Brief Answer:
It may be due to Diabetic Neuropathy.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I can understand your concern. As per your history, it may be due to Diabetic Neuropathy. Do you have other symptoms like tingling and burning sensation over feet, decreased sensitivity to heat and cold? Kindly follow up with detailed history.

It develops due to long time uncontrolled high blood sugar level. What was your recent blood sugar level? If not done recently, kindly follow up with fasting and postprandial blood sugar level and HbA1c reports?

To prevent progression and other complications, kindly do regular follow up with endocrinologist and take proper foot care by using cushioned shoes, avoid smoking, reduce weight if overweight.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Thank you.

Regards,
