I feel like it’s a fungi infection. Without any movement it itches and can be very discomforting. But the fungi/bacteria cream I apply to it is probably not effective. So I was thinking if there is a more effective cream/drug that can be recommended that totally eradicates fungi that survives under the private part.The both sides of my thighs under my groin itch continuously and as well as underneath my scrotum bag. This has been happening for up to 7 months and I apply “ funbact A cream” to ease this itching. Please is there any medication that can be used for this problem

For example, eczema requires treatment with corticosteroids which may worsen a fungal infection. A dermatologist should be able to distinguish between an infection and dermatitis. Since creams have not been effective in your case, perhaps pills should be used, but make sure you get a diagnosis first!
