I can see a few erosions on under surface of prepuce. This seems like genital herpes.
Is this the first time you are having this problem? Ant recent history of risky sexual exposure?

This is the first time I'm having this problem.
Only recent risky sexual activity is I recently had anal sex with my partner.

Need to rule out genital herpes. I suggest a DNA PCR for HSV type 2 and type 1 from one of the sores.
