I Have Started To Notice That I Choke On My

Question: I have started to notice that I choke on my saliva or food goes into my food pipe every now and then. It has happened about 5 times in the last week. I have not noticed any changes in my voice and can swallow solid foods and drink fluids without any issues.

How concerned should I be about bulbar ALS because I read that choking on saliva is one of the symptoms?

I understand your concerns but as all other history is negative for ALS. I'd suggest you to keep observing your symptoms. If they continue like that for more days, get yourself physically examined by a neurologist.
