Question: I have recently taken a food sensitivities test. I had found out but not surprised that any thing dairy I should eliminate from my diet. Over the years I accomplished that very hard task but also with the testing I was informed that my calcium is low. My question to you ...what kind of foods besides salmon and dairy products can I get my calcium from? I had to eliminate almonds and almond milk from my diet as well. No soy either. I switched to oat milk but I know that’s not going to help me.
