I read your query and here is my advice.

You are possibly experiencing an allergic reaction to a food or substance you recently had.
It would be better if you attach a photo for me in reports.
It is a good idea you used benadryl but it is not enough you also need prednisone and probably even adrenaline if the swelling in face continues to the lips and mouth making difficulty breathing.

Seek medical attention soon.
