Brief Answer:
Cervical spondylitis with disc prolapse

Detailed Answer:
Hi there

There is a possibility that you have a disc prolapse in the spine in your neck which is compressing the nerve that are travelling to your arm this leading to pins and needles sensation.

The next move would be to get an MRI scan of the cervical spine to find out if any of the nerves are being compressed. Depending on the scan it can be decided if Surgery will be able to help you or just a Conservative treatment.

I hope I have answered your query.

Thanks and regards.
