Question: I have pain in my big toe and then move to ankle, starting left foot and next to left hand index finger over to my right foot. Making impossible to walk. What could be the problem

The pain that you have can be due to raised uric acid levels in the body causing gout or it can be due to simple arthritis. You need to consult an orthopedician for an examination and gt blood uric acid levels evaluated. Taking mild pain killers and doing a hot compress will help till then.
