I Have One Very Swollen Tonsil And Yellow Bumps On
Question: I have one very swollen tonsil and yellow bumps on the roof on my. Also severely swollen lymph nodes under my chin, neck and left shoulder. This is day 4 of symptoms.
The yellow bumps are also in the back of my throat.

I see the photo you attached and tonsils are swollen especially the left one. Uvula seems inflamed and pharynx walls looks inflamed.
This seems like tonsillitis and pharyngitis.
I believe you may need antibiotic treatment.
You can talk to your general physician for a prescription.
I would have treated you with antibiotics such augmentin for at least 5 days.
Also do gargles with saline water or baking soda.
Use anti-inflammatory drugs such acetaminophen or ibuprofen for pain and inflammation.

Once I get antibiotics how long will it takes the swelling to go down?
