Question: I have one other question from another thread but I can't seem to ask it.

My blood pressure readings are slightly high in the morning but I am also most anxious in the morning without doing anything to make me anxious... I just wake up more anxious... is it normal to have higher readings while I am more anxious in the morning?

I just emerged from a ton of stress and I have an anxiety disorder.

Yes, it's fine to have borderline readings with anxiety. However, you should monitor your bp regularly say around three times a day for a week period.
BP should be measured after a rest of 5-10 min and keep arm completely relaxed while taking readings. Take 2-3 readings if you are using electronic bp apparatus.
However, if bp is persistently elevated above 140/90 mmhg then better to be on medications.
Also, have regular exercises and fruits.
