I carefully read your query and also checked the uploaded picture.

The image is not very clear, it is a bit dark but as much as can be seen, I do not think the rash you are having is heat rash. Generally, heat rash affects the areas exposed to the sun, including face and arms which are not having the rash in your case.

There are other possible causes of the rash that can be considered. We need to be sure it is not an allergic reaction. Sjogren (Show-Grin) syndrome can also cause skin rash in some patients.

I would kindly ask you to try and have a more clear picture and have it uploaded and also to kindly let me know of the following:
- for how long do you have the rash
- do you have discomfort with the rash
- which areas of the body does it involve
- does anyone else in the family have a similar rash

To conclude:
- the rash does not seem like a heat rash but the picture is not very clear so another picture would be very helpful
- an allergic reaction is very likely and skin rash from Show-Grin should be ruled out as well
- further information as asked above would be very helpful to further assist you
