Brief Answer:
You can go for a colonoscopy for evaluation of chronic pain abdomen.

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir, thank you for choosing healthcare magic. The following are few probable causes of your pain :
1) diverticulitis
2)celiac disease
3) inflammatory bowel disease
4)lactose intolerance
5)shingles
6)irritable bowel syndrome
7)kidney stones
8) inguinal hernia
As you had undergone an abdominal sonography and all blood tests, i would recommend you go for a diagnostic colonoscopy. It will help detect inflammatory bowel disease, rectal polyps etc.
Hope i have answered your question. Please let me know if you need any further assistance. Thank you. Take care.
