Personally I would not suggest the use of herbal tonics on a regular basis as most of them are designed for the treatment of kidney stones rather than prevention.
I would say it is best to consume fresh juices out of raw natural edible foods like beetroot, celery, cilantro, cucumber, bell peppers, carrots. All these help in filtering the blood by eliminating toxins, toxic metals, and also regulates the level of uric acid in the body.
Also consuming a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar daily in the mornings have shown to help cleanse the kidneys in the long run.
