Question: I have having mild lower back pain sometimes since couple of years.
But in recent days, I am getting knee pain and that is causing difficult to walk.

Could you please suggest me

Thanks for the query

It appears that you may be having wear in tear in your spine that may be causing the back pain and they may be similar where in tear in your knee most likely degenerative osteoarthritis. If you have pain shooting down your leg from your back, then do get MRI lumbar spine to rule out sciatica due to disc bulge.

It would be ideal to get x-rays off your lumbar spine and your me to find out if you have arthritis.
