Detailed Answer:
Hii Welcome to the healthcare services. It seems that you may be having congestion of the ear or eustachian tube due to the flu. Eustachian tube maintain pressure between middle ear and outer atmosphere. So please start an antibiotic augmentin to decrease the inflammation. Take levocetrizine at night for 2 week. Take proper steam inhalation. Start fluticasone nasal spray twice daily to decrease the nasal congestion. The ear ache will decrease over a period of 2-3 week. Continue spray, steam inhalation for another 1-2 months. Please review of you have any queries.
