I Have Felt Sick For Months Now. March 23rd To

Question: I have felt sick for months now. March 23rd to present to be exact. I have frequent nausea and gagging. My blood pressure gets low (90/70 when I am normally 115/80). I have been treated for GERD, been told I have Celiac's even though I digest gluten fine (I partook in a camera study and had an endoscopy which all came back normal but my serologies always present like I have celiac's; also went gluten free for 2 months and did not feel any better), my WBC count has been 1.8 x 10 for months now with no logical explanation. I have no appetite anymore. I used to eat nearly 1800 calories a day and maintained a really healthy diet. Now, I am lucky if I am able to eat a protein bar. I just have not felt hungry in awhile. I don't know what to do from here and what doctor to see next. Every doctor I have seen so far is stumped and they resort to just saying this is anxiety. Right now, I am on Baclofen because they wanted to see if that stopped the gagging. It did lower the frequency of it but has not completely gotten rid of it. I have not slept well in months because of this and it has affected my daily life. A doctor briefly talked about possibly it being a vagus nerve thing but then decided it was not that. I am just really frustrated because everything has been confusing. What do I do next?

Brief Answer:
Take very light and easily digestible diet for 21 days.
Give some time to your gut to rest and reset itself.
Variation in blood pressure could be a result of medicine interaction.
Take lactium supplement and KAWA for anxiety.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for choosing "Ask a Doctor" service for your query,
Have seen your details and i appreciate your concerns,
If Endoscopy and colonoscopy are normal then serology reports for celiac disease make no sense.
Before going for any high fi stuff like over stimulated vagus nerves and extreme levels of anxiety and all i would suggest you to follow some things for minimum of 21 days.
What i feel is that you have Dyspepsia. Its basically not a disease rather a collection of symptoms related to abdomen and gut.
I would suggest you to have a good quality probiotic for minimum of 21 days. Econorm or VSL#3 twice daily would be a good option(both are available over the counter).
Along with it take isapghul husk(available online) 10 gram of it three times a day. Initially soak it in XXXXXXX warm water for 10 minutes and then have it.
Add an appetizer enzyme supplement(any over the counter product available at your place).Take it thrice daily.
For nausea take Zofran 4 mg thrice daily for 5 days.
Eat very light and easily digestible food for 2 weeks.
If possible eat vegetarian food,Green leafy vegetable would be the best.
Have a bowl of fruits in morning(applw, pear and oranges) and A bowl in evening(Pomgranate and kiwi).
Take 70% of your calories from simple and easily digestible carbohydrates.
Stop protein bars shakes and all for 3 weeks.Protein is too difficult for body to digest.Instead take lentils sprouts spinach(all fresh and no processed fruit).
Take 200 gram of yoghurt in morning and evening.
Avoid all other dairies for 2 weeks.
For anxiety take KAVA KAVA roots supplement.
Give your body time to reset itself.Give it easily digestible food with proper supplements.
Hope you would feel much better by the end of the week.
