Brief Answer:
Advised to consult an Ophthalmologist and get evaluated.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.

Cloudy vision can develop after cataract surgery,
Two possibilities are posterior capsular opacification (PCO) and secondary cataract or after cataract.

The crystalline lens of the eye is enclosed in a clear membrane called the lens capsule. In a small percentage of people who have cataract surgery, the posterior lens capsule becomes cloudy several months or even years after surgery and causes the symptoms as mentioned.

You might require a laser (YAG LASER) for further management.

It's recommended to consult an Ophthalmologist and get evaluated. S/he will direct you accordingly.

Regards
