Brief Answer:
If pus is there you should consult a colorectal surgeon immediately.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for choosing "Ask a Doctor" service for your query,
Have seen your details dear,
Pus is suggestive of fact that fighter cells of body are loosing battle against harmful bacteria's.
When an external pathogen like bacteria attacks body;Body sends it's fighter cells there. When these fighter cells are killed in large number pus is formed.
I would suggest you to visit a colorectal surgeon. Get an MRI done to track the path of fissure and get it repaired.
Type of surgery depends on the length(tract of fistula/fissure).
So answer is don't waste time consult the surgeon and get it corrected sir.
Follow ups are welcome.
Hope I was easy to understand.
Regards.

Formation of pus itself in any part of body is a red flag to get alerted.

Brief Answer:
Follow up.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
The Doctor at Emergency room is going to refer you to the concerned Doctor.
This depends on the Standard operating procedure of hospitals in different countries.
So don't worry visit the nearest hospital and discuss the things with the attending doctor(which I told you).Revert back with what He/She says.
Thanks n Regards!

After CTScan, emergency room dr said I had Colitis and gave me antibiotics with followup referral to Colorectal surgeon, but since leaving my stool has changed to 100%25liquid and bright yellow. is this still consistent with dr%E2%80%99s diagnosis?

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
It's good that you have a diagnosis finally.
Colitis means inflammation of intestine.
When intestines are inflammed water from digested food won't be absorbed properly causing watery stools.
Please pen down the medications suggested by Doctor.
Waiting!
