Brief Answer:
As below

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

As per report, HBA1C is raised a little bit. It suggests fasting sugars around 125. Also let me know your fasting blood sugar.

It can be easily controlled with diet and exercise along with the medicines that you are taking. I dont think we need to add more medicines.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
Non-specific inflammation

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

ESR and CRP are non-specific findings that suggest some inflammation somewhere in body. Healthy lifestyle will be needed like cleaner drinking water, avoiding fatty foods and regular exercise for atleast 30 min a day.

Raised uric acid can also be controlled with dietary changes like avoiding alcohol, meats, fish etc. Medicine is required only if there is joint pains.

Raised total protein is also non-specific and could just be from high protein diet. Nothing to be worried.

Decreased creatinine is also not to be worried.

Regarding diabetes, you diabetes seems in control and just keep a regular check.

Brief Answer:
Avoid the uric acid foods

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

I would suggest that you decrease the uric acid foods completely and recheck in 2-3 months. I am sure that uric acid will decrease with change in foods. If it is still raised after 2 months, you may take medicine.
Uric acid foods are meats, meat extracts, seafoods, alcohol, beans, lentils, spinach, cauliflower, mushrooms.
Medicine for gout is usually febuxostat or allopurinol. You can take Febuxostat (40mg) once a day for few days. But it should be taken after trying diet for 2-3 months.
