Brief Answer:
Follow up with few details. Required further evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per your history, though dry skin is the most common cause, you are not getting relief by moisturizers, so it should get evaluated.

Please follow up with a bit more information,

Do you have history of diabetes, weight gain, fatigue, sluggishness?

Do you have fever, itching /bleeding /pain over feet?

For further assessment, I would suggest you to consult with Dermatologist for detailed clinical examination. He may procure blood sugar level, thyroid/vitamin profile, nerve conduction studies as per evaluation to rule out any other possibilities of peripheral neuropathy.

Mean while, continue moisturizers. Avoid long standing /barefoot walking. Use property fitted cushioned shoes. Avoid harsh soaps. Always keep feet/hand dry.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further...
