I Have Breast Pains All The Time Since Four Years
Question: I have breast pains all the time since four years ago, my breast is really sore, ive done a scan a few time and they cant find anything, recently my breast is even worst, i keep getting sharp pains randomly. I dont know what it is, i do know i have cysts in both breast tho

If the breasts are sore then it could be due to some type of inflammation. It could also be breast abscess. It could also be fibrocystic breast disease. All these are benign conditions of breast. A surgeon can help identify the cause.
Most of these cases donot require any aggressive treatment like surgery. However if you are having any other symptoms like weight loss, thickening of dumpling of breast cancer skin, nipple discharge, pulling of nipple, hard lump in armpit, etc then a biopsy of the breast tissue is needed to rule out cancer.
