I Have Been Tracking My Cycles As I Am Trying

default
Posted on Tue, 17 Dec 2019
Question: I have been tracking my cycles as I am trying to become pregnant.
My cycles for the past few months are as below.
I have been using Clearblue Connected Ovulation Test which shows Ovulation.

August 25th 2019 - September 19th 2019 (26 day cycle, monitor showed ovulation day 13)
September 20th 2019 - October 19th 2019 (30 day cycle, monitor showed ovulation day 14)
October 20th 2019 - November 18th 2019 (29 day cycle, monitor showed ovulation day 12)

My problem is 5 days after my period ended on the 27th November 2019 I started with spotting, this is now to very light pink requiring just the use of one pantyliner a day. I am so worried about this as to what is wrong with me and will it stop me conceiving? I have not had any high or peak fertility days yet this cycle, currently on day 12 of cycle. I am really stressing about this unusual pattern for me this cycle.

Brief Answer:
This is normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns.

The spotting could be due to some remaining part of endometrium that could be shedding out and this does not stop you from conceiving.

Please keep trying using clearblue ovulation kit.

I have started bleeding a bit more now more like a light period. I am so worried and stressed that I wont conceive. I have been to the doctors who said they will monitor for 3 months before investigating they say it could be because of my age

Brief Answer:
IVF is best option

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thats right. Your age of 44 is higher and pregnancy chances are lesser as age advances. This could be your periods arriving early due to early egg release.
