Question: I have been running a fever for five days now. I have a non productive cough, body ache, and mid back pain and side pain. I am a 54 yo female with mild asthma and urgent care ruled out flu a and b RSV and Covid.

I think you may need to monitor oxygen levels and asthma symptoms.
You may increase asthma medications if needed.
Corticosteroid medications also may be used.
