Question: I have attached my brother urine sample pictures. It doesn't look like it's coming from the healing bladder. It's fresh. His doctors are saying the bleeding will stop eventually. What are the treatment do we need to do?

He had TURBT on 11/13/2020. Today is 14th day. Why is he bleeding still?. Urine culture report came up negative. He already completed 5 days of antibiotics treatment.

Based o the facts that you have posted your brother has undergone surgery of TURBT for bladder cancer and is bleeding since surgery .

It is not abnormal to have bleeding for two weeks after two weeks which usually stops spontaneously and there is nothing to be worried about .

The bleeding is from the raw surface of bladder from where tumor has been resected. which stops gradually as the healing process takes three to four weeks
