Question: I have a small lump in my perineum that seems to be growing fast. It is away from my anus.

The lump appeared 1 week ago. The lump started very small, but has grown to about 1 inch now. It is not painful.

Such a fast growing lump without any pain is difficult to pin-point for the cause hence should be seen, examined and investigated by the Doctor, preferably a General Surgeon.
Few things I can think about are:
Cyst that has been inflamed but not infected.
Developing fistula.
Subcutaneous edema or collection of lymph.
Please get examined and investigated and give feedback.
