Appearance of red lesion after two weeks of unprotected sexual intercourse can be chancre. However I would like to comment that it is very difficult to comment without physically examining the lesion.
However the possibility of earlier sexual encounters causing this particular lesion can not be rule out as incubation period for chancre is 2- 26 weeks.
I would suggest you to see a dermatologist without delay for further testing and treatment.
