Follow-up: I have a red spot on my penis which appeared 5 hours later
Date was about two weeks ago
Unprotected
No itch or pain or discharge
No similar problems in past
Yes unprotected in past no issues.

Thanks for follow up and details.

Appearance of red lesion after two weeks of unprotected sexual intercourse can be chancre. However I would like to comment that it is very difficult to comment without physically examining the lesion.

However the possibility of earlier sexual encounters causing this particular lesion can not be rule out as incubation period for chancre is 2- 26 weeks.

I would suggest you to see a dermatologist without delay for further testing and treatment.
