Brief Answer:
Musculoskeletal pain possibly

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.

I have read your query and here is my advice.

Your symptoms may be of muscular origin, but, if there is not an evident episode that strained your back muscles, these symptoms may arise from spine problems.

Degenerative spine disease (spondylosis, herniated disc, etc) may be the cause.

In the first stages, rest for a few days, avoiding weights, losing bodyweight, NSAID drugs, and physical therapy are necessary to improve symptoms and stop the progression.

An evaluation by your Doctor and imaging studies are necessary first for further diagnosis.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Note: For further queries, consult a joint and bone specialist, an Orthopaedic surgeon. Book a Call now.
