Brief Answer:
possible pilonidal cyst

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to "Ask a doctor".
Considering your explanation, this is suggestive of pilonidal cyst wich is usually located around tailbone and may manifest with painless bump, painful bump or an abscess. Other possible lesions include perianal abscess, lipoma or hematoma after injury. I suggest to observe the situation. if redness, increasing pain of fever occur, you should see doctor and have incision or antibiotic. If not, then you can apply cold compresses and have painkillers. WIsh you good health, feel free to ask further questions. Regards
