Question: I have a Problem with getting Sleepy AFTER I eat in Morning and Afternoon, Could Glucose Have something to do with that??

Yes definitely it is mostly related to the glicemia blood levels.

First I recommend you to measure the glucose before breakfast and 2 hours after breakfast. It would be better for you to do also HbA1c blood test which shows the average values of glicemia in the blood for three last month's.After having the results you should correct the treatment and especially if you are in insulin.Please discuss with your doctor for the above
