Brief Answer:
Lifestyle modification

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query.
Acne treatment requires a lot of lifestyle modification.
Use the following
1. Clindamycin 1 % gel in morning
2. Benzoyl peroxide 2.5 % gel in night
3. Use a salicylic acid or glycolic acid based face wash daily in evening.
All the above medication to be used for at least three months.
These are safe and effective and usually available over the counter.
You must reduce oil intake in diet to control acne.
Take food at a particular time and have adequate sleep.
Drink lot of water.
These lifestyle modifications are very important to control acne.
Only topical medication will not help you.
If possible upload a photograph of the involved area.
This will help in giving a closer diagnosis and better way of management.
Thank you.
