Question: I has been suffering from pain in heel part of both legs from last November onwards. In this regard I have consulted with Ortho Doctor.
Some tests like Uric Acid, Arthritis Pannel, Creatinine etc. were performed. Which were found to be normal. Further X-Ray of both the heels were also performed but nothing found.
After that the Doctor given me Tendofirm Capsules, Calcired K2 tablet daily and Etospeed tab on SOS basis.
But the pain didn't cured. Now a days while I awake from bed or after sitting a while, it become very difficult for me to walk. And pain in my right leg used to transfer upto knee while doing some work in standing position.
I used to do exercise and Jogging but now a days it became difficult for me walk even. I am also using Silicon Heel pad with sports shoe but helpless.
Now a days due to COVID 19 and lockdown I am unable to visit Doctor also for follow-up.
Sir/Mam u r requested kindly to suggest me if any treatment available for this. Because from last 9 , months my life became hell due to this chronic pain.
My age is 36. Weight 69, height 5 ft 6 inch.

Brief Answer:
Plantar fasciitis is a possibility.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
As per your description the possible causes are plantar fasciitis or tendinitis.
You can try analgesics like gabapentin which is very effective( However it is a prescription drug and you need a valid prescription from a local physician).
As a first line management you can try analgesics/anti inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/seratiopeptdase(Which is available as over the counter)for symptomatic relief.
I also suggest you to get a doppler scan done because varicose veins can also manifest like this. If your profession demands standing for longer hours, you are a high risk candidate for varicose vein.
Thanks

I am having some gebaheptin tablet which was prescribed for cervical Spondylitis. But it makes me feel weak while doing exercises.

Also the medicine is very much bad with alcohol.

However, if it will help I will definitely try it from today. I am also taking some neuroactive capsules of Sanatra Pharma at night. It may be required to be stopped I think.

Any other treatment if available please suggest I will discuss with Dr. As you have mentioned Plantar Fasciitis, as searched from Google the symptoms were exactly same.
