Thanks for the query.
As it is already three weeks old there is no signs of infection, most probably it will be a hypertrophic scar only.
However it will be better to go for an ultrasound to look for any collection or pus underneath the incision.
Consult a general surgeon and he will direct you accordingly.

Thank you, I will go to emergency room to get ultra-sound. I just wonder what will happen if there is pus under the incision.
