Brief Answer:
It could just be low Vitamin B12

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Three diagnosis are coming to my mind: Low vitamin B12, mild depression due to stress (though its not major depressive episode) or an extension of some throat or dental infection in brain. Do you have symptoms of throat infection or any past medical condition?

Since CT scan of head is normal, there is no structural lesion that is to be worried about.

My suggestion:
- Check iron and vitamin B12 levels and take supplements accordingly
- Try meditation, yoga and breathing techniques to de-stress
- Regular exercise can also help raise energy
- Avoid mis-using phone and tv e.g avoid games, news, etc that can keep your mind pre-occupied.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
