Brief Answer:
Probably related to surgery

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
I understand your concerns.
This is still considered relatively early postoperative period and after hysterectomy, one part of vagina is left which is firmly adhered to rectum. SO it may cause pain and difficulties that you describe this improves over time on most cases when this part of transected vagina heals. Of course, hard stool may just worsen symptoms. I suggest to take Magnesium water, high fibre diet, more fuids, probiotics, Bisacodil supplements ,avoid choccolate, spivy food and fried food,fats...
Certain medicines cause obstipation as well.
At this point I suggest to wait for few more weeks and follow appropiate diet since it is not advisable to have some endoscopic procedures after recent surgery. But if there wont be improvement, you should do colonoscopy or irigography to rule out some specific issues in rectovaginal area.
Wish you good health. Regards
