I Got A TDaP Shot A Month And A Half Ago After Getting A Cut. I Just Gave Myself A Small Cut On My Hand With Rusty Metal. I've Already Washed It And Put Alcohol And Neosporin On It, But Do I Need Another Tetanus Shot, Or Am I Good For Now?

At the outset, TDaP is used to immunize against 3 infections. You only need vaccine against tetanus after injury.
If you have had tetanus shots in the past 5 years before the last TDaP, then you need not take the second shot now. Else, it's recommended to take second booster dose now. It will cover for this cut injury (with rusty metal) and for the next 5 years.

Hello, This last TDap was both for a booster and due to injury. They don't stock just the Td booster where I get my injections. Do I need to get another TDap shot, then?

No, it was just the TDaP. I don't have access to the Td booster because my provider only has TDaP. How long does the TDaP protect you for?

You mentioned TDaP is part of booster received earlier. In that case you need not be bothered about taking tetanus boosters or Td booster. TDaP will serve tetanus shot's purpose.
TDaP boosters will provide protection for 10 years when boosters are provided at timely intervals.
