Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I already reviewed your medical history.

Your symptoms can be related to many medical conditions.

The pain over (higher) the hip bone is commonly related to a urinary disorder, such as bladder or kidney problems.

Another possible cause can be ovarian cysts or bowel issues.

More details are needed to help me through the diagnosis.

Do you have difficulty or painful urinating?

Do you have symptoms such as bloating or constipation?

Do you have a fever or painful intercourse?

I will be waiting for your response to help you better.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
