Brief Answer:
Not a clear relationship between gastritis and erectile dysfunction.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I don't think the gastritis can cause the erectile dysfunction and there is not a relation between them.
The only thing that can be is the pain and discomfort that can distract you and make you lose the erection.
I can recommend you to get treated for gastritis.
You may need to get tested for helicobacter pylori and also do a fybroscopy to control the mucosal lining of stomach and esophagus.
You should get treated for it.
The main treatment is PPI ( omeprazole) and if helicobacter pylori is present clarythromycine and metronidazole should be used.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
