Question: I found a lump under my left lower arm. I spoke with a doctor last week and been taken mortin and using a jel for pain, which has help.

Is the skin over the lump free off the lump or attached to the lump; is it red?
Any pain or tenderness (pain on pressure)?

first its my right arm that' been in pain with tinglin down to my hand
I found it about a month ago
directly above my elbow
skin move over the lump no redness
pain and tenderness
no restrictions to movement
no insect bites unaware

As per the feedback you have given, this seems to be a lump near the Ulnar nerve the stimulation of which is causing you the symptoms of pain and tingling down to hand.
Hence this needs proper clinical evaluation, examination and necessary investigations under the cause of your Doctor or the Specialist he/she will recommend.
One month is a long time to suffer from such a problem hence the need as said above.
This will allow the exact diagnosis so that an appropriate management can be done.

Please gov for this.
Till then stop such activities that involve the elbow and instigate or enhance the symptoms.
