Brief Answer:
You should be investigated

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I would like to have some more information.
1.What is the exact location of pain in relation too Bellybutton?
2.Whether it is associated with vomiting, Constipation ?
3.Do you have Fever?
As per your description, you should be investigated.
Plain X-ray Abdomen in erect posture, Ultrasound abdomen are the basic investigations I prefer.
If they are not conclusive, then Contrast Enhanced CT scan Abdomen should be taken.
Please come back with answers for above questions.I will clarify further.
Wish you good health
Regards
