Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

In regard to comparable dose of 50 mg Zoloft there is no set formula but roughly 5 mg of Lexapro or 10 mg of Celexa must do the job which was carried out by Zoloft. My suggestion is based on the fact that all the three medications mentioned in this query belong to SSRI group of medications and minimum effective dose of Zoloft is 50mg, Celexa is 10 mg and Lexapro is 5 mg. Since the minimum effective dose of Zoloft is working for you, it is assumed that lowest effective dose of Laxapro as well as Celexa must be helpful for you.

There is no data to suggest that Celexa and Lexapro causes more weight gain in compare to Zoloft as the weight gain varies from person to person for each medication.

I hope this answers you.
Feel free to write back to me if you have more questions.
Thanks and regards.
