Brief Answer:
Adrenal pathology suggested;
Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
I have gone carefully through your attached reports.
The hormonal results and clinical description suggest for a pathology of adrenal gland. An abdominal MRI is neccessary and should not be delayed.
Usually it is an adrenal tumor causing this hormonal overproduction and the solution is surgical removal.
Hope the information will help.
