I had perfect teeth up until 2013, when it started with one tooth. The pathogen seemed to wrap around the tooth and create a sinus track with some type of suction. It has always felt like something was under my teeth pushing them up. My bite would periodically get off and the dentist began regular shaving my teeth down to improve my bite. The first tooth ended just like the others, root canal failed, apico was pointless and an extraction was the end result. The problem is that the same pathogen, would show up again on the tooth next too or adjacent within weeks of the extraction. I would always feel like my tooth was crumbled, but somehow stayed together until the whole crown part broke off. They are all breaking the same way.

I have skin colored like lesions with white dots near the back of my throat, under my tongue and on the roof of my mouth near my front teeth. These became much more apparent recent, as they are easily missed because they are near the color of my skin. They are also hard to photograph because they seem to have a mucous covering that is somewhat reflective.

I believe that the teeth are actually sporulating. I notice the black string like projections on the other teeth. These come off when I brush my teeth and show up new everyday. I also took a picture of some of the filaments that I spit up out of my mouth. This is a regular occurrence and they seem to all have similar shape and structure but can be different colors depending on what I have eaten or drank.

I do believe this is a chronic condition or possibly re-occurring, due to the length of time and reoccurring presentation.

I have been worked up for an invasive fungal infection. The fungal blood culture is negative, the beta glucan b 1-3 is negative, blood culture for aerobic and non-aerobic are negative. My cryptococcus and coccidiomycoss tests are negative. I have been unable to get a biopsy due to covid. I have actually been unable to get the other teeth extracted.

This has left a few possibilities on the table: Absidia, Mucor, Rhizopus, and the yeast phase of Blastomyces. And of course other non-fungus pathogens such as NTM, parasites, etc that would not show up on the mentioned tests.

I have a history of Babesia without lyme disease, so I have been tested for Bartonella, which was negative. I also had a rat infestation in my attic that started around the time of the symptoms. I have to consider that the pathogen could be directly or indirectly related to rats.

Upon reading about Rhinosporidiosis, some of the pictures looked very similar and the symptoms and presentation seemed to match. Are the clinical pictures consistent? Do you have any other suggestions?

I should also add that I have had bells palsy since around the same time. My symptoms are worse in the summer and the cycle seems to be faster more proliferation. My nose feels like I have been socked in the face and is very painful right at the bridge. My ears also tend to have problems and frequently get plugged.

Detailed Answer:
Hii. Welcome to the healthcare services. It seems that you are having dental caries along with superadded infection. Please start tablet augmentin and along with tab metrogyl. Take chlorhexidine and warm saline gargle. Visit a dentist. You may be having allergic rhinitis. So start a fluticasone and saline nasal spray. Take steam inhalation. Take antiallergic tablet Levocetrizine at night. You need dental extraction and culture from the tooth caries. According to the culture antibiotics can be changed. If you are still having bells palsy you need to start antiviral acyclovir. So visit an ent and dental surgeon. Take vitamin supplements like zincovit and vitamin c tablet limcee.
