Question: I am getting feeling hot and skin is tingling after taking a Benadryl pill. I did not realize it has naproxen which has given me these reactions in the past. Is there a remedy other than the psssge of time to relieve the heat and tingling?’

Welcome and thanks for your query.
Benadryl is diphenhydramine which is an anti allergy medication. If you allergic to Naproxen and has taken a combination pill which contains diphenhydramine and Naproxen, the tablet may reduce some of the allergic manifestations due to Naproxen. If you had severe allergic symptoms like breathlessness or hives , then you should go the ER immediately. If the reaction is a mild tingling or warmth without redness, dizziness, hives , breathing difficulty and discomfort, may be you could wait. If you are in doubt it is always better to start for the ER.
